Questions, answered
Do the people I invite need to pay?
No. Everyone you invite edits free on your plan. A Department Pass includes up to 3 co-editors, an Event Pass 2 per schedule, and Unlimited as many as you like - plus co-admins who can manage access without you.
Do my volunteers need an account?
No. Crew submit their availability, check their shifts, and log their hours from links on any phone - no accounts, no logins.
What happens when my pass ends?
Your schedules stay safe and viewable - read-only until your next event. Nothing is ever deleted. Passes are one payment with no auto-renewal.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Start with a Department Pass and move up to an Event Pass or Unlimited from your dashboard whenever you need more. Pass holders can also add hours logging there at any time.
What does hours logging do?
Crew log the hours they really worked on their personal link; you get scheduled vs. actual on the grid and a CSV report. It is included with Unlimited, and a $49 add-on to either pass that covers the same 6 months.
Does Unlimited renew automatically?
Yes, at the end of each term, and you'll get a reminder email before each renewal. Cancel anytime - you keep access to the end of your term.
